SDLG Wins the Honorable Award of “National Excellent Case of Corporate Culture in 2016-2017”
On July 22, 2017, the Annual Conference of National Corporate Culture (2017) jointly hosted by China Enterprise Confederation (CEC) and China Entrepreneur Association was grandly held in Beijing.
During the meeting, the list of “National Figures with Outstanding Contributions to Construction of Corporate Culture, National Excellent Cases and Excellent Achievements of Corporate Culture in 2016-2017” was announced. The innovative management mode “full participation; innovations in management and technologies; combination of managers, technicians and production personnel”proposed by SDLG wins the award of “National Excellent Case of Corporate Culture”.
In recent years, SDLG has carefully implemented various measures of transformation and upgrading as well as innovative development, and thereby forms the innovative management mode of “full participation; innovations in management and technologies; combination of managers, technicians and production personnel”. Through “building platforms of innovation”, “establishing and perfecting systems of innovation” and “creating an atmosphere of innovation”, SDLG encourages employees to perfect innovations, improve innovation consciousness, strengthen innovation abilities and stimulate innovation spirit on the basis of their posts. The innovation enthusiasm of all employees upsurges continuously, with innovative projects emerging endlessly.
Currently, there are over 20,000 reasonable suggestions proposed by employees every year; projects implementing technical reform and innovation increase in consecutive years; productivity per worker increases substantially, ranking at the forefront in the same industry around the country.
The innovative management mode of “full participation; innovations in management and technologies; combination of managers, technicians and production personnel” concretely reflects SDLG’s concept of innovation, namely “everyone has innovation ability, and everything has innovation space”. Meanwhile, this management mode is also a concrete practice of implementing the national initiative of “entrepreneurship and innovation”. It will certainly play a more important role in the sustainable and healthy development of SDLG.
